Your well-being is my top priority.  All services include a Pre-Therapeutic Massage Intake. Intakes are essential prior to any massage treatment.  We need to check in to see how you are feeling, identify your current needs as well as address any concerns.

​Before booking, please read Crimson Bodywork & Wellness policies.   You acknowledge you are over the age of 18 years old.  By booking an appointment you agree to these and release Crimson Bodywork & Wellness and Sheri Dvorak from any liability.  Crimson Bodywork & Wellness is a Limited Liability Company.

In order to ensure all employees may have access, if you need to cancel, please cancel 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours require full payment. Thank you for your understanding.
